GET TO KNOW: SINCLAIR KELLY

GET TO KNOW: SINCLAIR KELLY

This month's featured author, Sinclair Kelly, was so sweet to participate in my chaotic process after I awkwardly slid into her DMs and asked her if she'd like to answer a few questions for my blog. Be sure to check out her latest release, Rogue. It's book two in MC series, and I can't wait to get into it.

Let's get into the interview.

1. Tell us about yourself.

First - sarcasm is life. Seriously. Second - without coffee, nothing would get done around here. Third - a good sangria works wonders for writer's block (although editing then becomes very important). As for everything else - I like to call myself a professional multi-tasker because I wear multiple hats everyday. I'm a wife and mother of three, which means I'm always busy here in sunny Arizona. We also have a one-year-old Australian shepherd puppy, Havoc, who likes to live up to his name. On the daily, I can be found juggling my writing, a part-time finance job, my real estate career, and the comings and goings of the aforementioned heathens. Chaos coordinator...yeah, that should totally be my title.

2. How did you get into writing romance? Was it something you always wanted to do?

I've wanted to write since I was in my early twenties and was an avid romance reader, but life had other plans. Fast forward nearly twenty years and at the age of forty I finally managed to make my dream a reality! It's still a little surreal, honestly. I like to think that I'm proof that you can accomplish your dreams at any age and should never give up on them.

3. Tell us about your latest release!

Rogue - the second book in my Sinner's Mark MC RH series released on July 15th. The series follows Remington Steele and the leaders of Sinner's Mark MC as they come together in an unexpected way. It's a little darker than my normal writing, but still has a level of sarcastic wit that I don't think I will ever truly not incorporate because it's such a huge part of my own personality. If you like MC (motorcycle club) books, possessive bikers, and a heroine who is both badass yet unbelievably self-aware, then check it out. Saint (Book 1) should be read first and please check the content warnings on my website: www.sinclairkelly.com

4. What else are you working on in 2022?

Right now I'm working on the second book in my Knot Yours Omegaverse Series - Knot A Chance. It follows Bexley's friend Arden from I Think Knot, giving the reader a glimpse into her journey as she finds her own HEA. It's set to release in October, but I've got it on good authority that it will release early (probably before the end of summer).

After that, I've got a secret project in the works. Think Omegaverse + Monsters. It's going to be epic!

5. What are you reading right now?

I actually just downloaded Glitch by Breanna Michaels. I'm stoked to dive in! Plus I've got a couple monster books on my TBR as research for my secret project. Now to find time to read them all. SIGH ;)

Rogue: OUT NOW

Get it here.

Secrets are kind of my thing.

Or at least they were. Now my lies are catching up to me, and the stakes are higher than ever.

The men who unexpectedly claimed me are breaking down every wall I have, exposing vulnerabilities and opening old wounds. But now is not the time for weakness. Not when someone is out to get us and enemies are around every corner. It’s time for me to embrace the inner strength that’s guarded my soul for the last decade and prove to the Sinner’s Mark men that I’m more than capable of taking care of myself…and them too.

The average woman would be afraid. But I’m not your average woman. I’m the monster under the bed. The shadow lurking in the corner. I’m the one thing the darkness fears, and there will be no mercy for those that hurt the ones I love.

Gone Rogue is book two in the Sinners Mark MC series, a medium-burn reverse harem romance featuring darker elements. Prepare for a cliffhanger ending with no HEA until the final book.
