We check all books and swag before they go out, but if you receive the wrong item or the book is damaged (missing pages, torn cover/pages, split spine etc), please contact us on hello@coletterhodes.com with a copy of your invoice and a photo of the book damage within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve it.

Shipping Info

Orders are fulfilled within 15 working days. For book orders, a tracking number will be sent via email.

International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, and/or fees associated with their country/region.
